As a woman with a tight waist and toned body, you look better in the cheap dress from TJ Maxx than the chubby girl in a Versace dress, suffocating in layers of Spanx.
Better yet, when you have a great body, you look better in nothing at all.
People can use clothes to hide their physique, but what about when it’s time to enjoy some time at the beach or poolside? Or what about when it’s time to get down to business in the bedroom?

I workout all the time and don’t see the results I want…
When Marie contacted me, she had just completed a 2-month boot camp where she was taught that you have to feel miserable and constantly out of breath to lose weight.
